Stu has practiced public accounting since 1993. He specializes in domestic and international tax compliance, consulting on international tax issues, tax planning for mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound tax structuring, advising on transfer pricing, and accounting for income taxes (ASC 740). Stu primarily serves clients in the technology, manufacturing and distribution, and extractive industries.

Stu’s prior tax experience includes a mix of public accounting and industry experience. Earlier in his career, he held roles as a director in the international tax practice of a Big Four firm and as the global tax director for a publicly traded chemical manufacturer with subsidiaries in over 40 countries.
