Jason Alves joined Warren Averett after relocating to the Panama City area in 2016 and is a Member in the Firm’s Audit and Transaction Advisory Divisions. Jason has a strong background in accounting, financial analysis, reporting and communications. He has extensive financial accounting and advisory/consulting experience. Jason works with a wide range of clients from privately-held companies to nonprofit organizations.

Jason leads the Panama City audit group and is a key team member in the Firm’s national transaction advisory practice. Before Warren Averett, Jason began his career in the audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) working on both public and private single entity and multi-location audit clients Then, as a Director in PwC’s transaction advisory group, he served multiple clients and worked across multiple industries, both domestically and internationally, and spent over two years living and working overseas in Sydney, Australia. Jason also has extensive experience in corporate and private equity sell-side and buy-side financial diligence transactions. Such projects include multi-billion dollar public company buyouts to smaller mid-cap private equity and private company transactions. Throughout his career, Jason has been an effective coach to his team and is a trusted advisor.
