Stanley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. 

Upon graduation from college, Stanley entered the Air Force Reserve where he was responsible for the supervision and operation of the accounting functions of a troop transport wing.

Stanley is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the states of California, Michigan and Arizona. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Michigan and Arizona Associations of Certified Public Accountants.

Stanley was awarded a Life Time membership in the American and Michigan Institute of Certified Public Accountants in recognition and appreciation of his years of service to the accounting profession.

His personal interests include fishing, traveling and constructing miniature doll houses.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

Stanley began his professional career at the Los Angeles, California office of the international accounting firm of Peat, Marwick & Mitchell. Upon moving to Detroit, Michigan, he formed his own company. The firm grew in stature to become one of the premier firms in the Detroit metropolitan area. He merged with Larry Moffitt, P.C. to form Moffitt & Company, P.C. and moved their operations to Scottsdale, Arizona.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Stanley has specialized in auditing, tax, and financial planning for small and medium sized companies. In addition, Stanley is the audit partner responsible for over 50 certified audits.

His industries of specialization include audits of companies listed on security exchanges, franchises, title insurance and escrow, mortgage brokers and bankers, construction, real estate, homeowners’ associations, medical, dental, legal services, and retailing.
