Tracy has practiced public accounting since 1996. She provides a wide range of audit and accounting services to public and private companies in the energy, professional services, not-for-profit, manufacturing, and distribution industries. She delivers due diligence and other services to support major transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placements. Tracy’s expertise also includes handling complex reporting requirements for derivatives, variable interest entities, impairment analysis, and other matters. In addition, she consults with diverse companies to ensure completeness of disclosures and compliance with the latest rulings on their SEC reporting activities.

Earlier in her career, Tracy worked in operations for a privately held oil and gas company. Her responsibilities included drilling reports and various state production and operation reporting requirements.
