With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Ray specializes in consultations on acquisition structure, document preparation, and working with clients to maximize tax benefits associated with reorganizations and business sales. He also has experience representing clients before the IRS, including audit conferences and IRS manager meetings, preparation of appeals protests and private letter ruling requests, and assisting in tax cases. Ray lives in Pensacola with his wife where they are often visited by their three sons, daughter-in-law, and 10 grandchildren.
