Mihaela Sima joined CoNexus CPA Group, LLC as a manager. Her main practice focus areas are business valuation, and business, individual and fiduciary taxation. Prior to the formation of Conexus, Sima worked as a financial analyst for Cerqueda, Morgan, Gault & Collins, LLP and then as a senior financial analyst for Roddy, Horsley, Dillon & Gault, LLP.

A native of Romania, Sima holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Credit from Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj Napoca, Romania, and a Master’s degree in Financial Economics with a minor in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University.

Sima is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst. She is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts, the American Society of CPAs, the Georgia Society of CPAs, the Financial Consulting Group and the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society for AACSB Accredited Business Programs.

Sima is married with two sons. She enjoys spending time her family and friends, traveling, watching movies and reading.
