Mike Lee is a partner in Katz, Sapper & Miller's Audit and Assurance Services Group. He advises clients in a variety of business decisions and financial reporting matters. Areas in which he is involved include mergers and acquisitions as well as the accounting for financial and derivative instruments. Mike has significant expertise in leading our financial due diligence engagements.

Additionally, Mike is a member of the firm’s Manufacturing and Distribution Services, Life Science Services, Technology Industry Services, Financial Services, and Transaction Services Groups. He advises our clients in these segments in the areas of strategic planning, financing, and financial reporting.

Mike was a member of a national accounting firm for more than 12 years and has served as a CFO with a privately held company. His unique combination of public accounting and industry experience provides clients with balanced and relevant business advice.

Mike graduated with distinction from Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
