Prior to joining the Firm, Karen served as a controller for a construction company for 10 years before working in public accounting for 19 years. Her public accounting experience includes 10 years in the accounting and auditing area prior to shifting to a tax focus. Karen specializes in tax compliance and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses. Her experience crosses multiple industries including construction, real estate, healthcare and captive insurance. Karen and her husband reside in Canton, Georgia and have two grown children.
