Jon joined Maloney + Novotny in 2000, and was elected a Shareholder in the firm in 2013 and Managing Shareholder in 2019. Jon specializes in servicing education, commercial and industrial, healthcare and not-for-profit clients. He has significant experience working with private schools, nursing homes, dialysis centers and manufactures.

Jon has expertise in providing tax, attest services and business advisory services for clients. Additionally, Jon specializes in consulting engagements focused on aligning the goals and needs of closely held corporations and not-for-profit organizations with those of owners, management and/or board members.

Jon is a 1999 graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in accounting and finance. He is a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Jon has served as a board member on various not-for-profit agencies over the past several years. He is a Board member of the Lake County Development Council where he currently serves as the president.
