Jim has over 35 years of experience providing audit and accounting services for both public and private companies. He specializes in SEC reporting and provides public companies with compliance and consulting services for SOX 404 compliance, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other complex accounting issues. Jim also provides litigation support services, including expert witness testimony. He primarily serves clients in the oil and gas, technology, and manufacturing and distribution industries.
