Guy L. Duplantier, tax partner, spent the first three years of his career as a staff auditor for Arthur Young and Company (now Ernst and Young). After a one year stint as the controller of Ticketmaster, Inc., he joined the firm’s audit staff in 1985. In 1986, he transferred to the tax department of the firm and has remained there ever since. Guy has considerable experience in all areas of taxation, including corporate, individual and estate, gift and trust taxation. He also has performed numerous business valuations for the firm. He handles the firm’s nonprofit tax filings and qualified plan issues. He has taught several classes to the firm’s staff, clients and outside groups on various tax related topics.
