Prior to merging with GMP,  Earle had been in public accounting for forty two years and owner of Earle D. Crim, Jr., PC for thirty eight years. He specializes in serving small business, individuals, and estates and trusts in the areas of tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, and business consulting. He devotes a significant amount of his time working with clients in the fields of construction, real estate development, oil and gas, and service industries. His goal has always been to develop long-term relationships with clients by meeting their needs.

Earle and his wife Suzanne have three children and six grandchildren. They both are active members of First Baptist Church, Tyler. He enjoys spending time with his family and hunting and fishing.

Education 

Earle graduated from Texas Tech University in 1975 with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree. He earned his CPA license in 1978.
