Debby started her career in public accounting in 1981 with a national firm and opened up her own practice in 1989 before joining Moss Adams in 1996. Debby has extensive experience directing all phases of audits for a variety of benefit plans including 401(k), 403(b), pension, employee stock ownership, health, and welfare benefit plans. Debby leads the Employee Benefit Plan Practice for the Oregon region, is a member of the executive committee for the firm's Employee Benefit Plan Service Group, and assists with firm-wide benefit plan education and quality control. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
