In Chip’s capacity as an audit director, he has executive responsibility for leading our teams in delivery of client service in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, energy, oilfield services, software, employee benefit plans, not-for-profits, and Federal government grants and contracting. 

He brings his clients extensive public company audit experience, including initial public offerings, secondary equity offerings, PCAOB inspections, and acquisitions. Coupled with decades of experience auditing owner-managed businesses and private equity portfolio companies, he believes in delivering a strong client service approach with a demonstrated history of developing effective working relationships with several large and high-profile clients during his professional career. Chip’s client responsibilities have spanned the spectrum from closely held private companies to multinational corporations with over $10 billion in annual revenues. He also advises Federal government grantees in the areas of contract compliance, award administration and financial reporting.
