Chelsie joined Eide Bailly in 2009 as an auditor after working for a “Big Four” accounting firm where she specialized in insurance industry audits and worked closely with a publicly-traded, SEC registered international organization. At Eide Bailly, she worked with a variety of audit clients before transitioning to the firm’s Enterprise Risk Management consulting practice. Chelsie was soon tapped to lead Eide Bailly’s strategic initiatives, overseeing projects that impact the entire firm. In this role, she is working to help position Eide Bailly as a firm ready for the future, both in client service and efficient internal process. Chelsie is also heavily involved in coordinating the Eide Bailly Alliance, a network of noncompeting member firms that utilize Eide Bailly’s depth and breadth of resources to complement their own.

When she’s not in the office strategizing the future of the firm, you’ll find Chelsie spending all of her free time with her young family. She and her husband have two kids, Holden and Mia. They love to play away the hours outside and enjoy going to the lake. Chelsie is a big fan of Broadway musicals and—lacking musical talent herself—often wishes she had the ability to break out into song.
