Cara Aaron is a senior manager in the assurance services department of KraftCPAs. As such, Cara is responsible for planning and executing engagements, building client relationships, and managing/reviewing the work of other team members, as well as preparing and presenting reports to clients. She oversees audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in a variety of industries with a focus on the healthcare industry. Additionally, she works extensively with the firm’s employee benefits practice.

Cara has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. Prior to joining KraftCPAs, Cara was with Carter Lankford CPAs (CLCPAs), which merged with Kraft in 2015. CLCPAs primarily worked with clients in the healthcare industry. She also previously worked at EY for 12 years. where her work was almost exclusively focused in the employee benefits plan audit practice.
