His 29 years of experience includes working with mid-cap and small-cap registrants while at a Big 4 firm and as a controller and SEC reporting officer for a Houston-based publicly traded oil and gas exploration and production company. He has significant experience in providing SEC reporting services to public registrants spanning the numerous SEC related reporting forms, rules and regulations. He also has extensive experience in providing auditing services to SEC registrants seeking public offerings and ongoing SEC reporting responsibilities, as well as SEC reporting in connection with merger and acquisition transactions. He also serves a number of clients that report under IFRS, many of which are oil and gas exploration and production companies.
