Ann Carver is a Member in the Firm’s Audit Division. She has more than 23 years of public accounting experience, most of which were with Hutto & Carver prior to merging with Warren Averett. Ann’s primary responsibilities include scheduling, review of all reports issued, workpaper reviews, fieldwork for audits of credit unions and banks, pension plans, bank secrecy act compliance reviews, internal audit work, standards updates, facilitate Firm peer reviews, report delivery, engagement letter updates and pricing and audit program updates. Because of Ann’s experience and reputation in serving the Credit Union industry, she was asked to participate in the AICPA Credit Union Task Force consisting of practitioners, credit union professionals, as well as representatives of the NCUA which meets periodically throughout the year to discuss accounting, auditing and regulatory topics that specifically effect the industry. Ann lives in Downtown Pensacola with her husband.
