Alison has practiced public accounting since 1984. She provides compliance and tax planning services to clients in the real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and technology industries. Alison works closely with her clients during periods of significant change in their businesses, providing support for entity planning, transaction structuring, buy-sell agreements, trust and estate taxation, succession planning, and other important strategic issues. She also consults with clients in highly specialized areas such as revenue recognition, Section 382 issues (Net Operating Losses), and Section 280G issues (Golden Parachutes).
