Before joining the Firm in 1997, Adam worked in the private sector for a number of years. As a service leader in the manufacturing and distribution industry, Adam has first-hand knowledge of operations that uniquely qualifies him to provide advisory services to clients. He works closely with clients in the development of internal controls and overall business strategies. Adam specializes in audits in the manufacturing, solar energy and construction industries as well as real estate development and finance. Adam works closely with companies following U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and is a Firm practice leader working with clients following international accounting standards (IFRS). As a trained educator and accounting instructor, Adam works with the Firm’s Accounting and Auditing Committee in the development of internal policies and procedures and implementation of new accounting pronouncements and Firm best practices.
