In 1988, John Short opened a CPA office in Adel, Iowa. In 2016, Stuart Oxer purchased the practice from John and changed the name from JM Short, CPA to Blue Oak CPA. In June of 2017, we opened a new office in Urbandale. We have 3 CPAs and additional support staff who are ready to provide individualized service for your payroll, tax preparation, consulting, and accounting.
